Speaker 2:This has been a lot of fun and this seems like a great time for us to segue into the lightning round. What do you think let's go? I'm ready. Oh yeah, you're totally ready. Let's do this. Question number one what is your favorite leadership word? Example Question number two Cup half full or cup half empty Full? Question number three who do you look to for leadership inspiration? The mirror? Question number four what would you like to improve about your leadership style?
Speaker 3:Patience.
Speaker 2:More. And the last question what do you think is your leadership strength? Emotional intelligence? So yeah, thanks, that's it. That's the lightning round, no trouble at all.
Speaker 3:How do you think you did yeah when I said mirror, I mean not myself, but I probably meant my inspiration is probably to my family, because I do believe I don't mean mirror myself, just to rephrase is to the family, because I do believe, really believe, that good leadership starts with your own family.
Speaker 2:That's a great point.
Speaker 1:That's it. That's all you have been treated to five leadership-related questions and the responses from this week's guest. We hope you have enjoyed this edition of the Lightning Round brought to you by Trench Leadership, a podcast from the front. Take care and remember leadership without passion limits the depth of your vision.
