Speaker 2:Well, listen, we've had a great conversation. We've talked about thought leadership and how we're able to help leaders look at the perspective of others and understand, look outside the box in different ways that leaders might be able to help build their teams. But with that in mind, for me it sounds like a great time to move into the lightning round. What do you think about that, vlad?
Speaker 3:Well, you know, just you are right.
Speaker 2:I'm happy to hear that, because every once in a while even a broken clock is right twice a day. So I'm happy to hear I'm correct. So let's do this lightning round. Are you ready?
Speaker 3:Yes.
Speaker 2:Excellent Question number one what is your favorite leadership word?
Speaker 3:Oh, my favorite leadership word Giving back.
Speaker 2:Okay, question number two. What? What? Sorry about that question number two who do you look to for leadership inspiration?
Speaker 3:uh, leadership inspiration great question. I look up to elon musk would you care to elaborate? Sorry.
Speaker 2:Would you care to explain why?
Speaker 3:Well, you know just the way he built his businesses and he cared about his team from scratch when he was building his initial startups. You know just remarkable that he has produced amazing results and he has proven everyone wrong. Just remarkable. You know that he has shown so much perseverance and he has been so persistent and so disciplined and that's why I admire Elon's leadership. Just because he's an amazing person. It's amazing how he interacts with strangers on Twitter and communicates. You know.
Speaker 2:Perfect Question number three Cup half full or cup half empty?
Speaker 3:Sorry, can you repeat again?
Speaker 2:Of course. Would you prefer to see a cup half full or a cup half empty, half full, half full, half full. Question number four what would you like to improve about your leadership style?
Speaker 3:Oh well, great question. You know, well, you know I have reached new heights, you know so I always try to improve myself. So I mean I always. I improve myself on a daily basis, whether it is communication on Twitter or whether I speak at global events. I always try to interact with my audience more and to provide value and give back and to build up confidence in people, to build their businesses. You know.
Speaker 2:And the last question.
Speaker 3:What do you think is your leadership strength, my leadership strength, caring about my team?
Speaker 2:you know, excellent, and that's it. That's the lightning round. That's not so bad. How do you think you did?
Speaker 3:Yeah, it's amazing. You did great. That's it. That's not so bad. How do you think you did?
